Terms of Service

By creating a DreamWiz account or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you upload photos of a minor, you must be that minor's parent or legal guardian.

DreamWiz generates personalized AI picture books — a sequence of illustrated pages with narration in your chosen language (English or Chinese, one per book) — based on the descriptions and reference photos you provide.

Output is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, oddities, or misrenderings. It is intended for family entertainment and is not a substitute for educational, medical, or professional material. Parents are encouraged to review each book before reading it aloud.

You may hold one account per person. Sign-in is by magic link sent to your email — keep that inbox secure.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] promptly.

You may upload photos only of yourself, your own children, or other people for whom you have explicit consent. You may not upload images of identifiable third parties (including other people's children) without that person or guardian's consent.

You may not use the service to generate content depicting violence, sexual content involving anyone, hate speech, harassment, or any illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse any specific generation request and to terminate accounts that misuse the service.

You may not scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or resell access or generated books commercially without permission.

Current plans (Starter, Family, Pro, Max) and their pricing are listed at dreamwiz.ai/pricing. Each plan is billed either monthly or annually at the price displayed when you subscribe.

Eligible first-time subscribers receive a 1-book free trial — you add a card at subscribe time but you are charged only after you complete your first book. If you cancel before completing a book, or if you do not complete a book within 30 days, the subscription cancels with no charge.

After the first paid invoice, the subscription auto-renews at the displayed price until you cancel. Your tier's book quota resets each billing period — monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans.

Books that fail to generate after our automatic retry policy are credited back to your quota — you are not charged a book of quota for our generation failures.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time via /billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you experience a service outage that meaningfully prevents book generation, email [email protected] and we will work with you on a fair resolution — typically a quota credit or, where appropriate, a partial refund.

You retain all rights to the photos, descriptions, and other inputs you submit. You grant DreamWiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those inputs solely to provide the service — to generate, store, and deliver your books to you.

The books that DreamWiz generates from your inputs are yours. You may share them with family and friends, print them, and use them for non-commercial personal purposes.

The DreamWiz name and brand, the Wiz mascot, the dreamwiz.ai service itself, and the underlying software are owned by Goose Goose, LLC.

You may not copy or redistribute the service, create derivative works of it, or use our trademarks without permission. This restriction is about the service itself — it does not apply to the books DreamWiz generates for you.

DreamWiz is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

AI-generated output is by nature variable. We do not warrant the accuracy or fitness of any specific generated content for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability arising from or relating to your use of DreamWiz is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it (email [email protected] to request deletion).

We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent activity. Where feasible we will give notice before terminating; in cases of acute abuse we may suspend access immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where overriding local consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Last updated date. For material changes, we will also send a notice to the email address on your account.

If you continue to use the service after a material change becomes effective, you accept the updated Terms.
